Loading / Saving data from / to Excel files has a great flexibility. The complete format is given below:

Files which contain only partial information can be loaded. For instance the file can contain only the first 2 columns (the size of the pieces). In this case the program will consider 1 piece of each, empty type, empty label, rotation allowed and without edge banding:

Before loading data from .HTML and . XML files please use the formatting type requested by the program. This format can be checked by saving an example and then by loading in with the corresponding program.

REPOSITORY data are automatically loaded from the debitare.xtx file or from an Excel file specified by user.

This debitare.xtx file can be found in the directory indicated by the menu Settings | Working directory. The REPOSITORY can be exported into Excel (.xls) files, By default it is loaded from the  debitare.xtx file.

The REPOSITORY can be loaded from Excel files by accessing the menu File | Load Repository. This file must have the same structure as the REPOSITORY grid. If the REPOSITORY was loaded from an Excel file, then all modifications will be saved in the same file until one of the events occur:

            - the program is closed,

            - the user has pressed the New Repository button,

            - a new Excel file is loaded.
