Explanations
Specify how the cuttings are sorted after a multi-stage optimization.
CutAllStripsFirst 1 means that the strips are cut first and then each piece inside a strip are cut.
If CutAllStripsFirst is 0 it means that all pieces inside a strip are cut before we move to another strip.
