When to use it
You can set the value of this property before calling the methods StartGuillotine or StartMultiStages.
You may get the value of this property anytime.
For non-guillotine cuts (see method StartNested) this property has no effect.

Explanations
The maximal length that a cut can have.
One cannot perform cuttings longer than this value.
The Length or the Width of the sheet to cut from should be shorter or equal to this value.
If both Length and Width are longer than MaximalCutLength no cuttings can be perform.
