When to use it
You can set the value of this property before calling the methods StartGuillotine or StartMultiStages.
You may get the value of this property anytime.
For non-guillotine cuts (see method StartNested) this property has no effect.

Explanations
The minimal size that a non-garbaged waste can have.
Wastes which have one size less than this value are garbage.
The component will try to minimize wastes having at least one size smaller than this value. However, garbage wastes can still appear.
This property acts as a soft constrain. All other constrains are satisfied first while this one is satisfied at the end if possible.
