Terms of license for end-user software

All end-user software works in trial mode for a period of at least 90 days.
License is forever (for the purchased version).
The software can be installed on a number of computers equal to the number of purchased licenses.
Future, major versions, are not included in price.
If the program is moved on a new computer, it must be deleted from the current computer.
One license cannot be used by multiple users in the same time.
Software is offered "as is". Please test it before purchase.
We can provide support by email only. No support by phone, fax or on site is available.

Optimal Programs SRL does not warrant that the software will work on any computer with any configuration. It will be the user responsability to test the software on a particular computer. If the software will not work on that computer Optimal Programs SRL is not responsible to fix the errors (problems) of that computer.
Optimal Programs does not warrant that the software will work on any existing or future Operating System. It will be the user responsability to test the software on a particular Operating System. If the software will not work on that Operating System Optimal Programs SRL is not responsible to fix the errors (problems) of that Operating System.
In the case of computer changes (new computer or new components), the Optimal Programs SRL is not responsible for incompatibility issues. If the software will not work on the new computer, the Optimal Programs SRL will not return the license fee to the customer.
Not optimal layouts are not considered bugs (errors in the program) due to the nature of the problem. We cannot guarantee that all solutions are the best possible. We work with approximate algorithms, and this is why the solutions are not perfect in all cases. Also, for the problem that we solve, there is no software (algorithm) which generate a perfect solution in short time.

If you still want a refund please send us an email within 1 (one) month after purchase and explain us the reasons. If we cannot fix the problem we will proceed with the refund.
